**Merges linear paths in a GFA file.**

  **create redundant paths, similar to the contigs constructed by Readjoiner**

- **--no-progress, -p**

  **do not show progress log**

- **--quiet, -q**

  **suppress output**

- **--vlevel *VLEVEL***
