Returns the work-group ID.

get\_group\_id - Returns the work-group ID.

**size\_t get\_group\_id(uint** *dimindx***);**

## DESCRIPTION

Returns the work-group ID which is a number from 0 .. [**get\_num\_groups**(3clc)](/get_num_groups/3clc.md)(*dimindx*) - 1. Valid values of *dimindx* are 0 to [**get\_work\_dim**(3clc)](/get_work_dim/3clc.md)() - 1. For other values of *dimindx*, **get\_group\_id**() returns 0.

For [**clEnqueueTask**(3clc)](/clEnqueueTask/3clc.md), this returns 0.
