**getFoldChange** *-o \<outFileName\>*  \[*OPTIONS*\] \[*sampleFiles*\]

## DESCRIPTION

Computes log\_2 Fold Change from MCMC expression samples.

  \[sampleFiles\] should contain transposed MCMC samples from replicates.

  (use **--log** option if they are not logged)
