## SYNOPSIS

**geos-config** \[OPTIONS\]

## DESCRIPTION

The *geos-config* shell script displays configuration information for installed GEOS libraries and binaries.

## OPTIONS

- **--prefix**

  print the prefix used by geos

- **--version**

  print the GEOS version

- **--libs**

  print the linker flags that are necessary to link to GEOS

- **--cflags**

  print the compiler flags that are necessary to compile a plug-in

- **--includes**

  show location of C++ header files

- **--jtsport**

  show the version of the Java Topology Suite this version of GEOS was ported from
