## SYNOPSIS

- **bool gensio\_acc\_is\_reliable(struct gensio \*io);**

  - **bool gensio\_acc\_is\_packet(struct gensio \*io);**

  - **bool gensio\_acc\_is\_mux(struct gensio \*io);**

  ## DESCRIPTION

**gensio\_acc\_get\_type** return the type string for the gensio accepter (if *depth* is 0) or one of its children *(depth \> 0).* Returns NULL if the depth is greater than the number of children.

**gensio\_acc\_is\_reliable** return true if the genios produce by this accepter are reliable.  See [gensio\_is\_reliable(3)](/gensio_is_reliable/3.md) for details.

**gensio\_acc\_is\_packet** returns if the genios produce by this accepter are packet-oriented.  See [gensio\_is\_packet(3)](/gensio_is_packet/3.md) for details.
