## SYNOPSIS

**gcvs** \[*-root* *\<CVSROOT\>*\]

## DESCRIPTION

This manual page briefly documents the **gcvs** command. This manual page was written for the Debian GNU/Linux distribution because the original program does not have a manual page.

**gcvs** is a program that provides a advanced graphical front-end for cvs using the gtk+ libraries.

## OPTIONS

These programs follow the usual GNU command line syntax, with long options starting with two dashes (\`-'). A summary of options is included below.

- **--root \<CVSROOT\>**

  Sets the default CVSROOT.
