## DESCRIPTION

Split into four phases: 1. Intialise 2. Pre-time calculation loop 3. Calculation loop 4. Post-calculation loop

- **-noWrite**

  Suppress output to files.

**-dictionary** *\<dictionary name\>*

Use specified dictionary.

- **-noZero**

  Ignore timestep 0.

- **-constant**

  Include the constant directory.

- **-time** *\<time\>*

  Apply only to specific time.

- **-latestTime**

  Only apply to latest time step.

- **-case** *\<dir\>*

  Case directory.

- **-parallel**

  Run in parallel.

- **-help**

  Display help message.

- **-doc**
