floater — free Internet bridge client

## SYNOPSIS

**floater**

**floatert**

## DESCRIPTION

**floater** is a free program for playing  duplicate bridge on the Internet.  Most of its documentation is  built into the program itself.

There are two interfaces for **floater**:  an XWindows interface based on Tk, and a text interface based  on ncurses.  When invoked as **floater**, it will  first try the XWindows interface and then fall back on the text  interface if that fails.  When invoked as **floatert**,  it will only try the text interface.
