trim excess whitespace from the start and end of a string

## NAME

firestring\_trim - trim excess whitespace from the start and end of a string

## SYNOPSIS

**#include \<firestring.h\>**\
 **-lfirestring**

**char \*firestring\_trim(char \****s***)**

## DESCRIPTION

firestring\_trim() removes any whitespace at the beginning and end of the string *s.* A new pointer to the string (as the start may have moved) is returned

## RETURN VALUE

A pointer inside *s* to the new start of the string.
