firestring\_estr\_free - free space allocated to an estring

## SYNOPSIS

 **-lfirestring**

**void firestring\_estr\_free(struct firestring\_estr\_t \****estring***)**

## DESCRIPTION

firestring\_estr\_free() frees any space allocated to *estring* and stores a size of 0 with the string to prevent accidental writes back to the freed space.

## RETURN VALUE

None.
