concatenate strings

## NAME

firestring\_concat - concatenate strings

## SYNOPSIS

**#include \<firestring.h\>**\
 **-lfirestring**

**char \*firestring\_concat(const char \****s***,** *...***)**

## DESCRIPTION

firestring\_concat() expects a set of *const char \**'s to nil-terminated strings.  It returns a dynamically allocated string containing all of the input strings concatenated.

## RETURN VALUE

A pointer to a dynamically allocated string.  This string should be freed by passing the pointer to [**free**(3)](/free/3.md) when the program is finished with it, to avoid memory leaks.
