resolve a hostname to an IPv6 address

## NAME

fdnsip6 - resolve a hostname to an IPv6 address

## SYNOPSIS

**fdnsip6** *\<hostname\>*

## DESCRIPTION

fdnsip6 will attempt to look up a single IPv6 address for *hostname*. If one is found, it is printed to standard output and the program exits with return code 0.  If not, nothing is printed and the program exits with return code 1.
