## NAME

fastaq\_to\_mira\_xml

## DESCRIPTION

 fastaq\_to\_mira\_xml \[options\] \<fastq\_in\> \<xml\_out\>

Creates an xml file from a fasta/q file of reads, for use with Mira assembler

### positional arguments:

- infile

  Name of input fasta/q file

- xml\_out

  Name of output xml file

### optional arguments:

- **-h**, **--help**

  show this help message and exit
