## DESCRIPTION

 fastaq\_to\_fake\_qual \<infile\> \<outfile\>

Makes fake quality scores file from a fasta/q file

### positional arguments:

- infile

  Name of input file

- outfile

  Name of output file

### optional arguments:

- **-h**, **--help**

  show this help message and exit

- **-q** QUAL, **--qual** QUAL

  Quality score to assign to all bases \[40\]
