DESCRIPTION
Show the tags associated with one or more load balancers
positional arguments:
- ELB

load balancer(s) to show tags for (required)
optional arguments:
- --show-headers

- --show-empty-fields

show empty field values as "(nil)"
- -U URL, --url URL

load balancing service endpoint URL
- --region USER@REGION

region and/or user names to search when looking up config file data
