DESCRIPTION
List a user's signing certificates
positional arguments:
- USER

user to list certificates for (default: current user)
optional arguments:
- -v, --verbose

also show certificates' contents
- --as-account ACCOUNT

[Eucalyptus cloud admin only] run this command as the administrator of another account
- -U URL, --url URL
