DESCRIPTION
Add a user to a group
positional arguments:
- GROUP

the group to add the user to (required)
optional arguments:
- -u USERNAME, --user-name USERNAME

- --as-account ACCOUNT

[Eucalyptus cloud admin only] run this command as the administrator of another account
- -U URL, --url URL
