# drm\_mm\_hole\_node\_start(9)

computes the start of the hole following node

## NAME

drm\_mm\_hole\_node\_start - computes the start of the hole following *node*

## SYNOPSIS

**unsigned long drm\_mm\_hole\_node\_start(struct drm\_mm\_node \*** *hole\_node***);**

## ARGUMENTS

*hole\_node*

drm\_mm\_node which implicitly tracks the following hole

## DESCRIPTION

This is useful for driver-sepific debug dumpers. Otherwise drivers should not inspect holes themselves. Drivers must check first whether a hole indeed follows by looking at node-\>hole\_follows.

## RETURNS

Start of the subsequent hole.
