test input and output functionality of DMX universes

## NAME

dmxtest - test input and output functionality of DMX universes

## SYNTAX

dmxconsole \[*--dmx \<device\>*\] \[*--dmxin \<device\>*\] \[*-r*\] \[*-s*\] \[*-f \<filename\>*\]

## OPTIONS

- **--dmx** \<*device*\>

  Set output dmx device.

- **--dmxin** \<*device*\>

  Set input dmx device.

- **-r**

  **dmxtest is working in receiver mode, thus comparing received DMX slots to the reference data.**

- **-s**

  **dmxtest is working in sender mode, sending the data on the output universe in different modes.**

- **-f** \<*filename*\>

  Use filename is data for input and output comparison.

## DESCRIPTION

## ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES

- **DMX**

  Specifies the default output dmx device. May be overridden by command line.

- **DMXIN**

  Specifies the default input dmx device. May be overridden by command line.
