dexeconfig - configures dexec files

## SYNOPSIS

**dexeconfig** \[**-M**\] \[**-p** {**w**\|**W**}\] **-i** *configfile dexefile*\
 **dexeconfig** **-x** *configfile dexefile*\
 **dexeconfig** **-v** *dexefile*\
 **dexeconfig** **-p** {**w**\|**W**} *dexefile*

## DESCRIPTION

This manual page documents briefly the **dexeconfig** command. This manual page was written for the **Debian GNU/Linux** distribution (but may be used by others), because the original program does not have a manual page.

**dexeconfig** manipulates the configuration of a **DEXE** file.

## OPTIONS

- **-M**

  Set the magic number for **DEXE** files.

- **-i**

  Insert a configuration file.

- **-x**

  Extra a configuration file.

- **-p w**

  Clear write permission.

- **-p W**

  Set write permission.

- **-v**

  View status information.
