## NAME

debian-test - Run regression tests

## SYNOPSIS

**debian-test** \[-vmqi\] (-a \| packages...)

## DESCRIPTION

**Debian-test** runs test programs that are kept under */usr/lib/debian-test/* Some of these are provided by the debian-test package itself, while others are from the package to which the test applies.

### OPTIONS

- **-a**

  Run all the tests that are available

- **-i**

  Allow the tests to be interactive.  Normally the tests are expected to be non-interactive, this option allows the user to indicate that they are allowed to issue prompts if required.

- **-m**

  Send mail to (needs-to-be-decided)@debian.org to allow results to be centrally collated

- **-q**

  Make the tests run without any output

- **-v**

  Make the tests run with verbose output
