Recoder for the capseo video codec.

## OPTIONS

- **-r**

  frames per second

- **-i**

  input filename (or - for stdin)

- **-c**

  specify output codec to use (y4m, theora)

- **-o**

  output filename (or - for stdout)

- **-h**

  print help text
