**codonw-cu** is a shortcut to accessing the [**codonw**(1)](/codonw/1.md) executable, with the 'calculate codon usage' option (-cu) preselected, i.e.

- codonw -cu ...

  The command line arguments follow the order of arguments in **codonw** itself.
