# ck\_bitmap\_buffer(3)

returns pointer to bit array

## NAME

**ck\_bitmap\_buffer** – returns pointer to bit array

## LIBRARY

Concurrency Kit (libck, -lck)

## SYNOPSIS

**#include \<ck\_bitmap.h\>**

*void* *\**\

**ck\_bitmap\_buffer**(*ck\_bitmap\_t \*bitmap*);

## DESCRIPTION

The **ck\_bitmap\_buffer**() functions returns a pointer to the actual bit array. For ck\_bitmap pointers, the bit array is of type CK\_BITMAP\_WORD\[\] and consists of ck\_bitmap\_base(bitmap) / sizeof(CK\_BITMAP\_WORD) elements. On currently supported 64-bit platforms CK\_BITMAP\_WORD is uint64\_t. On currently supported 32-bit platforms CK\_BITMAP\_WORD is uint32\_t.

## RETURN VALUES

This function returns a non-NULL value.
