## NAME

Yard - system for creating custom bootdisks

## SYNOPSIS

*make\_root\_fs*\
 *check\_root\_fs*\
 *write\_rescue\_disk*

## DESCRIPTION

The **Yard** system consists of three scripts, which are designed to  be run in series:

- **make\_root\_fs**

  Creates the root filesystem based on Bootdisk\_contents.

- **check\_root\_fs**

  Checks the root filesystem for errors and omissions.

- **write\_rescue\_disk**

  Writes the kernel and the root filesystem to (one or two) floppy diskettes.
