## ARGUMENTS

cond - condition variable to wait on.\
 mutex - locked mutex to protect \<cond\>.

## DESCRIPTION

Waits for a signal on condition variable \<cond\>. The mutex \<mutex\> must be locked by the thread.

MT-Level: Safe.

## RETURN VALUE

None.
