## NAME

bookmarks-convert - a program to convert bookmarks

## SYNOPSIS

**bookmarks-convert** \[*options*\] \<*input-file*\> \<*output-file*\>

## DESCRIPTION

This program simply converts to bookmarks file from Lynx, Netscape and plain HTML to the different formats. I.e. you can make a nice Netscape importable format out of your plain HTML files.

## OPTIONS

The program follows the usual GNU commandline syntax, with long options starting with two dashes (\`-'). A summary of options is included below.

- **-i, --input-type**

  Select input type.

- **-o, --output-type**

  Select output type.

- **-r, --recursive**

  Fetch recursive beginning with SOURCE. Type is HTML.

  - html HTML-\<dl\>-list. See README.html

  - ns1 Netscape Navigator/Communicator 4.x

  - lynx Lynx 2.7

  - tmp Just plain \<dl\> tags
