SYNOPSIS
atlas_convert [ -f ] [ -s spacing ] [ -i input_codec ] [ -o output_codec ]
DESCRIPTION
This tool converts Atlas data files between formats using codecs.
Supported codecs include XML, Bach, and Packed.
OPTIONS
