Storage for translated ATA taskfile

## DESCRIPTION

Sets up an ATA taskfile to issue FLUSH CACHE or FLUSH CACHE EXT.

LOCKING: spin\_lock\_irqsave(host lock)

## RETURN

Zero on success, non-zero on error.
