## SYNOPSIS

**#include \<archive.h\>**\
 *struct archive \**\
 **archive\_read\_new**(*void*);

## DESCRIPTION

Allocates and initializes a Tn struct archive object suitable for reading from an archive. **NULL** is returned on error.
