## NAME

apollon - graphical frontend to giFT

## SYNOPSIS

**apollon** \[*options*\]

## DESCRIPTION

**Apollon** is a Peer-to-Peer File-Sharing program written for Linux. It uses giFT daemon core to connect to various networks, such like OpenFT, Gnutella, FastTrack. **Apollon** uses a plugin system that allows which network or multiple networks will be used.

## OPTIONS

This program follows the usual GNU command line syntax, with long options starting with two dashes (\`--'). A summary of options is included below.

- **-d**

  Switch on debug output.

- **-s host:port**

  Connect to the server at *host:port*.

- **--help**

  Show help about options.

- **--help-qt**

  Show Qt specific options.

- **--help-kde**

  Show KDE specific options.

- **--help-all**

  Show all options.

- **--author**

  Show author information.

- **-v, --version**

  Show version information.

- **--license**

  Show license information.

## FILES

*~/.giFT/ui/ui.conf*

  This file specifies the default host and port giFT clients will connect to. These values can be overridden by the -s command line option.
