## SYNOPSIS

     const ALLEGRO_USTR *needle)
  ```

## DESCRIPTION

Find the last occurrence of string `needle` in `haystack` before byte offset `end_pos` (exclusive). Return the byte offset of the occurrence if it is found, otherwise return -1.
