## DESCRIPTION

Begin recording into the fragment buffer. Once a complete fragment has been captured (as specified in al\_create\_audio\_recorder(3alleg5)), an ALLEGRO\_EVENT\_AUDIO\_RECORDER\_FRAGMENT(3alleg5) event will be triggered.

Returns true if it was able to begin recording.
