## DESCRIPTION

Returns true if the haptic effect is currently playing. Returns false if the effect has been stopped or if it has already finished playing, or if it has not been played yet. The play\_id must be a valid ALLEGRO\_HAPTIC\_EFFECT\_ID(3alleg5) obtained from al\_upload\_haptic\_effect(3alleg5), al\_upload\_and\_play\_haptic\_effect(3alleg5) or al\_rumble\_haptic(3alleg5).
