## DESCRIPTION

Destroy an audio stream which was created with [al\_create\_audio\_stream(3)](/al_create_audio_stream/3.md) or [al\_load\_audio\_stream(3)](/al_load_audio_stream/3.md).

*Note:* If the stream is still attached to a mixer or voice, [al\_detach\_audio\_stream(3)](/al_detach_audio_stream/3.md) is automatically called on it first.
