## SYNOPSIS

**acl\_delete\_flag\_np**(*acl\_flagset\_t flagset\_d*, *acl\_flag\_t flag*);

## DESCRIPTION

The **acl\_delete\_flag\_np**() function is a nonstandard extension that removes the specific flag *flag* from the flag set *flagset\_d*.

## RETURN VALUES

The **acl\_delete\_flag\_np()** function returns the value 0 if successful; otherwise the value -1 is returned and the global variable errno is set to indicate the error.

## ERRORS

The **acl\_delete\_flag\_np**() function fails if:

- \[EINVAL\]

  Argument *flagset\_d* is not a valid descriptor for a flag set.  Argument *flag* does not contain an *acl\_flag\_t* value that is valid for the  *flagset\_d* flagset.
