NAME
acidwarp - eye-candy for the LINUX-Console
SYNOPSIS
acidwarp [ options ]
DESCRIPTION
acidwarp is an eye-candy program that runs on the LINUX-Console. To access the VGA-modes, acidwarp uses SVGAlib. Because the SVGALIB needs read and write permissions to /dev/mem (that should be only read- and writeable by root for security reasons), acidwarp must be run setuid root. If not, acidwarp can not get the required I/O-Permissions!
COMMAND-LINE OPTIONS
No options are necessary. Just type acidwarp and watch the show. However, you can give the following arguments at the command-line:

NOTE: it can take a while to generate an image at higher resolutions, especially on slower machines.

- -w --warper
