## DESCRIPTION

**\_\_pmFreeProfile** frees the storage for the PMAPI instance profile *prof*, assuming the storage was allocated using [**malloc**(3)](/malloc/3.md) according to the scheme used in **\_\_pmDecodeProfile**(3).
