# Zim::Repository::Man(3pm)

Man page repository for zim

## NAME

Zim::Repository::Man - Man page repository for zim

## DESCRIPTION

This module can be used to read man pages in zim. It assumes that you have the GNU man program, if not it fails silently.

It derives from Zim::Repository.

## METHODS

- "list\_pages(NAMESPACE)"

  Lists all manpages in a certain section.

- "list\_sections()"

  Used by `"list_pages()"` when no section is given.

- "get\_page(NAME)"

  Returns a page object for man page NAME.

- "resolve\_link(PAGE, LINK)"

  Stub that calls `"resolve_page()"`.

  Man pages do not contain relative links or links to pages in other namespaces. They can only link to other man pages.

- "resolve\_page(NAME)"

  Case in-sensitive check whether a page exists or not.

- "get\_parse\_tree()"

  Returns parse tree for man page.

- "set\_parse\_tree(TREE)"

  Man pages can notbe saved, thus it throws away all data.

- "parse\_link(LINK)"

  Overload default parsing for man page links.
