Create a new WinG bitmap.

## PARAMS

*hdc* **\[In\]**  WinG device context.

*bmpi* **\[In\]**  Information about the bitmap.

*bits* **\[In\]**  Location of the bitmap image data.

## RETURNS

**Success:** A handle to the created bitmap.

**Failure:** A **NULL** handle.

## IMPLEMENTATION

Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.

Implemented in **"dlls/wing.dll16/wing.c"**.
