DESCRIPTION
Create a new WinG bitmap.
PARAMS
hdc [In] WinG device context.
bmpi [In] Information about the bitmap.
bits [In] Location of the bitmap image data.
RETURNS
Success: A handle to the created bitmap.
Failure: A NULL handle.
IMPLEMENTATION
Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.
Implemented in "dlls/wing.dll16/wing.c".
