Waits for a named pipe instance to become available.

## PARAMS

*name* **\[In\]**  Pointer to a named pipe *name* to wait for.

*nTimeOut* **\[In\]**  How long to wait in ms.

## RETURNS

**TRUE:** Success, named pipe can be opened with CreateFile

**FALSE:** Failure, GetLastError can be called for further details
