## PARAMS

*fmt* **\[In\]**  Format string.

## RETURNS

**Success:** Non-negative number.

**Failure:** **LBER\_ERROR**.

## NOTES

*berelement* must have been allocated with ber\_init. This function can be called multiple times to decode data.

## IMPLEMENTATION

Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.

Implemented in **"dlls/wldap32/ber.c"**.
