*dblRight* **\[In\]**  double to compare to *pDecLeft*.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **VARCMP\_LT**, **VARCMP\_EQ** or **VARCMP\_GT** indicating that *dblRight* is less than, equal to or greater than *pDecLeft* respectively.

**Failure:** **DISP\_E\_OVERFLOW**, if overflow occurs during the comparison
