## DESCRIPTION

Create a Url from a file path.

## PARAMS

*pszPath* **\[In\]**  Path to convert.

*pszUrl* **\[Out\]**  Destination for the converted Url.

*pcchUrl* **\[In/Out\]**  Length of *pszUrl*.

*dwReserved* **\[In\]**  Reserved, must be **0.**

## RETURNS

**Success:** **S\_OK** *pszUrl* contains the converted path, **S\_FALSE** if the path is already a Url

**Failure:** An **HRESULT** error code.
