Uninitializes flat scroll bars for the specified window.

## RETURNS

**E\_FAIL** if one of the scroll bars is currently in use **S\_FALSE** if **[InitializeFlatSB(3w)](/InitializeFlatSB/3w.md)** was never called on this *hwnd* **S\_OK** otherwise.

## NOTES

Removes any subclassing on the specified window so that regular scroll bars are drawn and used.
