## DESCRIPTION

Converts a Unicode string to a multi-byte string.

## PARAMS

*lpUnicodeStr* **\[In\]**  Unicode string to be converted.

*uCodePage* **\[In\]**  Code page.

## RETURNS

**Success:** pointer to the converted multi-byte string

**Failure:** **NULL**.

## NOTE

Use MyFree to release the returned multi-byte string.
