Convert a Unix timestamp into ISO-8601 format

## NAME

Time::isoTime - Convert a Unix timestamp into ISO-8601 format

## SYNOPSIS

**String isoTime(** *Int secs, \[IsoTimeOpts\] opts=\[\]* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**secs** The Unix timestamp (seconds since 1970-01-01 00:00:00).

**opts** A list of **Time.IsoTimeOpts (3kaya)** options. This argument may be omitted and defaults to the empty list.

## DESCRIPTION

Return an ISO-8601 format String representing the time from the Unix timestamp. The local timezone will be assumed (though not necessarily displayed) unless the **UTC**  flag is in the **opts**  array.
