This module provides information about the terminal in which the harness is running.

## SYNOPSIS

    if (USE_ANSI_COLOR) {

    }
    else {

    }
```

## EXPORTS

- $bool = **USE\_ANSI\_COLOR()**

  True if Term::ANSIColor is available and usable.
