TLS::makeTLS - Initialise a TLS connection

## SYNOPSIS

**TLSsession makeTLS(** *Ptr conn* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**conn** A pointer to the network connection resource

## DESCRIPTION

Initialise a TLS connection. Called by **Net.connect (3kaya)** when the **usetls**  parameter is true.
